Policies

Pre-booking

A $20 deposit is required when booking. Credit & debit are accepted forms of payment for deposits. (You may pay the remainder of your service total with cash, Zelle, credit, or debit)

Please make sure to book all necessary services.

If you are sick, please make sure you have recovered in time for your appointment. Otherwise, you will be required to reschedule.

Post booking

Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the address. Please do not share this information with others as I do work from home.

No extra people are allowed unless they have an upcoming appointment with me that same day.

Late arrival, Cancellation, & Rescheduling

You have a grace period of 10 minutes after your appointment time. If you are later than 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee in addition to your service total.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations/reschedulings made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the $20 deposit and cannot be used for future appointments
